Anesthesia support directly at your facility that you should take advantage of! Increased safety for your patients thanks to personalized support from our certified RVT, VTS specialized in anesthesia, Valérie Fortin.

Face-to-face anesthesia support, different rates according to block of hours.

• Minimum of 2 hours for the greater Montreal region; other regions available with travel expenses.
• What’s included: Patient-specific protocol written by an anesthesiologist, complete anesthesia management, full monitoring equipment, ventilator, portable ultrasound for locoregional blocks, emergency drugs and anesthesia drugs.
• Not included: anesthesia machine and volatile agent, fluid therapy, intravenous catheter placement equipment, active warming devices.

Here is a list of classic topics for distance or face-to-face training:

• Optimizing technical care
• Understanding the indications and side effects of drugs commonly used in general anesthesia and deep sedation.
• Understanding and analyzing the various anesthetic monitoring devices.

Face-to-face training :

• Workshop option: Theoretical training based on a list of questions or a specific topic (minimum 3 hours).
• Anesthetic optimization option: Full day with half-day of surgery to evaluate existing procedures and provide clinical mentoring. In pm, theoretical training on requested topic(s) followed by a review of the morning to plan work sequence optimization (allow 7-8h).

Distance learning:

Workshop option: Specific subject or list of personalized questions to be confirmed when making the appointment (Minimum 2 hours).
